Damaged Bottles
It is unusual to receive a damaged bottle from The Wine List as all bottles are inspected by hand before shipment. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, we will assist you as much as we can. We will either replace your wine or process a refund for your damaged items as along as the bottles have not been opened.

 

Incorrect or missing items
In a rare occasion of packing error, we would like to reship our products to you. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may ask you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order.

 

Dissatisfaction with the quality or taste
We are proud to offer you some of the world's best wines. We are also happy to help you choose wines and provide recommendations by our experts as well as both customer and professional ratings. While ratings, testimonials and reviews may influence your decision, the ultimate judgment is yours. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of any wine purchased and we will issue you a Thewinelist.shop account credit or process a refund. The choice is yours.
